I don't like brian and i cant stand donna. brian always looks like hes reading from a script and well just doesnt know how to act in front of a camera. as far as barry burning the girls toys, they just said that in front of the spirit, but didn't really burn them. when dealing with spirits you have to do what ever to get them to communicate. as far as taps goes jay and grant are my favorite. they are very professional and half of the time collect the best evidence, i also like chris. now there is a question i see alot about if it is real or not, yes, it is real. i did alot of research into them and about taps, and everthing seems to check out. i don't think they are fake at all. please let me know comments

Re: ghost hunters international not as good as ghost hunters
Sat, June 6, 2009 - 1:09 PMGHI is an example of what happens when producers try to milk a little more revenue from a successful program.
Where GH has a home-town, Regular Joe feeling (and with that, a level of honesty and authenticity), the International version is a load of crap, especially when they go to foreign countries and try to "provoke" the ghosts by speaking English. If I were a ghost and some dweeb tried to provoke me by speaking his tongue, not mine, I'd just get bored and go to another location to see if there was a faucet that need to be turned on.
Hopefully, GHI will go away. -

Re: ghost hunters international not as good as ghost hunters
Sat, July 25, 2009 - 7:47 AMI would also like to see them NOT find a place haunted someday. If you want you site to be haunted, call GHI and it will be.
In the new episode this week, they visited two places with the same amount of "personal experiences" (investigators hyping themselves up and placing meaning into it), "EVP's" (noises they read too deeply into), and equipment issues (stupid full spectrum camera kept running), and found one place haunted and another one not. They also showed that a cameraman was located in the rafters of one area, then surprised and amazed when a rock fell from the sky near them, proving there was a ghost in the area.
I also noticed some interesting editing at the last prison they were in, if nobody else noticed it - Rob was on the second tier of a prison on a very narrow walkway, and Justin was on the floor in the middle of the large room. The cameras were placed behind both of them, looking over their shoulder when they spoke to each other "naturally" - You could see Justin's front fully and the back of Rob's shoulder from the camera behind Robb's back, and vice versa. But when the camera was on Justin, he was standing alone. The same goes for Robb - he was standing alone until you saw the cuts of the camera on Justin showing Robb's back. Logic states that when the camera behind Justin shows Rob's front, you should see the cameraman obviously close behind him, but you don't. It was staged to eliminate seeing the equipment, and edited together to look like a fluid conversation. It's like a movie set.

Re: ghost hunters international not as good as ghost hunters
Fri, July 31, 2009 - 5:32 PMI agree.
I find myself fast forwarding through most of the crap.
It seems like every knock, every ping, every sound = ghost. Um ok so the creaking and settling of the ground/structure must mean its haunted.
Plus Im horribly annoyed by Robb. He seems fake. But I have a mad crush on Barry!!
And they haven't found anything juicy yet!! -

Re: ghost hunters international not as good as ghost hunters
Fri, August 21, 2009 - 11:46 AMI was totally disappointed with GHI. I always liked Donna, but then she left the show. I guess it just goes to show you how much the hunters themselves really matter when it comes to liking the show are not.
